York County Teen Program – POP Powerful Youth Leadership Summer Camp

POP Powerful Youth Leadership Summer Camp is hosted by the nonprofit organization POP (Power of Progeny). The POP Powerful Youth Leadership is a unique 4 day leadership camp that focuses on leadership development, builds skills in communication, resilience, and teamwork, and provides mentorship from local entrepreneurs and community leaders.

The camp incorporates STEAM leadership activities led by certified educators. The STEAM Leadership program is designed for educators who want to grow as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) leaders in their schools, districts, and/or counties.

At the end of the camp, campers will engage in reflective activities. The campers will present a final showcase, Lights! Camera! Action! Shining a Light on You. You can use this link to see the flyer.

Patchwork Festival
The Friends donations support Patchwork Tales Storytelling Festivals. These festivals include one-of-a-kind performances from national and local performers.

These annual monetary donations go to the Library’s Bucks for Books campaign to purchase new books for the York County Library.
